The Operations Assistant is responsible for providing office administrative support to assure the continuity and effectiveness of all office operations. This position provides assistance to the Operations Administrator with member support, record keeping and billing, and general office support to the organization.

The Program Leader is responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the assigned Club, with the primary responsibility for planning and implementing programs, services and activities for Club members in grades K-12. Program management will include adherence to guidelines/regulations for a maintaining a NYS licensed child care program and implementing Boys & Girls Clubs of America standards. The Program Leader is also responsible for staff supervision and facilities management. Additionally, they are responsible for building relationships with parents, schools and additional members of the organization.

The Program Aide is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned Club, with the primary responsibility of implementing programs, services and activities for Club members in grades K-12. The Program Aide will be responsible for supervising Club members, the school facilities and all equipment utilized. The Program Aide will be responsible for building relationships with parents, schools and additional members of the organization.
